Crippled Chef Surprise

SURVIVAL IN THE KITCHEN

How many times have we been caught off guard when we invite a guest over or have surprise drop-ins - only to find that the pantry is empty?
The strategy is to have a well kept pantry with the right food items that you can mix and match. Your pantry will consist of dried goods and also tinned or packaged food items that you can quickly add garnishes or simply heat up.

You can also use fresh food you have on hand to add to your food preparation where necessary.
